Our adult tennis programs can help you improve and be your best whether you aspire to play socially or competitively at any level.
Group classes are available in the morning and evening, for beginner and intermediate levels. Cardio Tennis gives you a cardio fitness workout while playing the game you enjoy. Private lessons are the best way to improve your game as quickly as possible.

Our one-hour group classes include beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, with a maximum of 5 players per coach. Classes run for 8 weeks.
Babysitting is available during our Friday morning classes, so you can enjoy your lesson while we take care of your little one.

The ultimate learning experience and best way to progress quickly. Let one of the Tennis Approach coaches assess your game and get you heading in the right direction. These lessons can target any technical and tactical areas of your game that need improvement and can also be a great fitness workout.
