Please note the following conditions of enrolment:
| 1. | 24 Hour Cancellation Policy For all private/semi-private lessons and private group lessons, 24 hours’ notice must be provided when cancelling a lesson. All lessons cancelled (by the client) within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total lesson price. |
| 2. | Cancellations due to Weather Conditions Tennis Approach will not cancel lessons until 1 hour before the lesson start time to ensure we don’t cancel unnecessarily. An SMS text message will be sent out informing everyone of the cancellation; if you do not receive an SMS, please assume lessons are still going ahead. Any cancellations made by Tennis Approach will not incur a fee and make-up lesson times will be offered. |
| 3. | Online Enrolments Enrolments and payments for all public group classes should be made via our online booking system. |
| 4. | Make-Up Lessons If lessons are missed due to sickness or injury you can enquire to see if a make-up lesson is available. Unfortunately, no guarantees can be made. |
| 5. | Duty of Care Coaches are not responsible for children outside of their lesson times. |
| 6. | Photos We may take photos during lessons for use in promotional materials such as website, flyers and social media. If you do not want us to use photos of you/your child, please email us. |
